The format for written submissions (articles and adverts) is Microsoft Word, photos must be sent separately as jpg or tif files. The deadlines for submissions are:
Spring edition deadline 15 February the magazine is normally published in April.
Summer edition deadline 15 June the magazine is normally published late July.
Winter edition deadline 15 October the magazine is normally published late November.
